Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wani, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Wani is an AI career agent. On your instructions, we submit job applications on your behalf using the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every application will be submitted successfully or that you will receive responses from employers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate and truthful information in your profile and CV, ensuring you are eligible for the positions you apply to, responding to intervention requests promptly, and complying with the terms of service of job platforms where applications are submitted.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not: provide false or misleading information in applications, use the service to apply to positions you are not genuinely interested in, attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions, reverse engineer or copy any part of the service, or use the service in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings or by messaging Wani; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Credits reset to your plan's monthly allocation at each renewal; unused credits do not roll over. Intro Week and Sprint Pack are single purchases and never renew; Sprint Pack credits expire 90 days after purchase. Refunds are handled individually, except where the Interview Guarantee applies as described on the pricing page.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wani is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: failed applications, missed job opportunities, actions taken by employers, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide (CV, cover letters, answers). Wani retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and proprietary technology. AI generated content (tailored CVs, cover letters) is licensed to you for personal use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

10. Supplement for the United States

Automatic renewal: your subscription renews monthly at the disclosed price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will receive a confirmation of these renewal terms by email when you subscribe.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
